Tetris Pharma Ltd is seeking to recruit a proactive, self-starter to join their team as Supply Chain Manager to support the commercial supply chain with the day-to-day operations and customer service activities of their speciality hospital products under the guidance of the Director of Supply Chain.

Tetris Pharma, a subsidiary of Arecor Therapeutics plc, is a commercial-stage specialty pharmaceutical company specialised in registering, marketing, sales and the distribution of speciality hospital products across the UK and Europe.

Our experienced team has a proven history of building and growing sales. Having secured distribution rights for already licensed products across Europe, we have a portfolio of injectable and niche solid dose products including Ogluo®, a ready-to-use glucagon for emergency use to treat hypoglycaemia.

This role would be the ideal role for someone looking to develop their end-to-end supply chain knowledge and experience. Experience of working in the pharma industry with contract suppliers would be desirable but not essential.

This is a hands-on role and due to the nature of being within a small company will include the general management of our office based in Marlow. This role would suit a flexible individual who would relish the opportunity this varied role offers in gaining practical experience across our company.

The successful candidate must also have knowledge of core supply chain processes, demand and supply forecasting and inventory management. A good understanding of the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) throughout the supply chain would also be advantageous.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Inbound Supply Chain management (in conjunction with the Director of Supply Chain)
  • Outbound Supply Chain and Customer Services
  • Office Management

The candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and excellent customer care to ensure the efficient running of the supply chain on a day-to-day basis.
