Arecor is seeking to recruit a temporary Laboratory Assistant to join our dynamic team of dedicated employees aligned by our purpose to improve patients’ lives.
Arecor is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on drug development and delivery in diabetes and other cardiometabolic diseases.
The Laboratory Assistant shall be responsible for the safe and smooth day-to-day running of laboratory operations within the Arecor laboratories and help to ensure that specified standards of work and housekeeping are met. This shall be facilitated by managing the facilities, hygiene and cleanliness, stock levels, and ensuring the appropriate maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
The successful candidate will be a competent, confident, approachable and organised self-starter with the ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and to consistently meet or manage deadlines.
